Free AGRSS Registration at the IGA Spring Conference
Feb 25, 2008
In 2007, the Independent Glass Association (IGA) became the only organization to pay the AGRSS fees for members that became AGRSS-registered companies for the first time during its Annual Conference and Spring Auto Glass Show. Due to the popularity of the session and member benefit, IGA will extend the same promise to its members in 2009 during its Independents’ Days Conference and Spring Auto Glass Show™ May 12-14 at the Sanibel Harbour Resort in Fort Myers, Fla.
IGA will pay the AGRSS fee (a $225 value) for IGA members who attend the “AGRSS Today – Audits and Validation” session on Wednesday, May 13, and who register with AGRSS for the first time by June 30, 2009.
“AGRSS registration is an important part of the safety equation and it separates quality glass shops from the bottom-feeders,” said IGA president Dave Zoldowski of Auto One in Brighton, Mich. “We want to help our members become AGRSS-registered, so we provide them the opportunity to learn about the process, how to handle the forms, and help them become registered.”
The IGA is the only association dedicated to the needs of the independent glass companies in North America. Its members are also dedicated to the professional and ethical installation of glass in a safe and proper manner. IGA members are located in all 50 states and ten countries.
